Overview

This browser-based mini-game is a casual, grid-based auto-battler strategy game wrapped in a mechanical, steampunk-inspired visual theme. Players focus on team building and position management during a preparation phase before initiating an automated combat sequence.

Key Features & UI Elements

  • Battlefield Grid (3x4): A 12-tile wooden board where players position their combat units to optimize offensive and defensive strategies.
  • Unit Bench: Located at the bottom of the screen, this inventory bar holds available units—represented as round, creature-like modules with distinct colors and health bars.
  • Action Buttons:
    • START BATTLE: Commences the automated battle phase once units are placed on the grid.
    • FORGE SHOP: Opens the marketplace to recruit new units, acquire upgrades, or forge equipment.
  • Resource Tracker: Displays real-time metrics in the top-right corner, including energy (lightning icon), secondary resources (steam icon), and timers.

Gameplay Loop

  1. Deploy: Drag and drop units from the bench onto the 3x4 grid.
  2. Upgrade: Access the Forge Shop to expand your roster or power up existing units.
  3. Engage: Click Start Battle to let the tactical simulation play out automatically.
