Master Checkers: A Classic Strategy Board Game

Master Checkers is a classic strategy board game adapted for modern web browsers. Designed with clean 3D graphics and smooth gameplay, it offers an engaging digital experience for both casual players and board game enthusiasts.

The game is played on an 8 \times 8 grid board, where each player begins with 12 pieces placed on the dark squares. Players take turns moving their pieces diagonally forward into empty adjacent squares. When an opponent's piece is in an adjacent diagonal square with an open space behind it, a player must jump over to capture and remove it from the board.

A key tactical feature is the promotion system: when a piece reaches the farthest edge of the opponent's side, it is crowned a "King." Unlike standard pieces, a King gains the ability to move and capture both forward and backward, drastically altering the board dynamic and creating powerful strategic opportunities. The game concludes when a player eliminates all opposing pieces or leaves the opponent with no valid moves left.

Master Checkers features two distinct game modes. Players can test their skills against an AI opponent in single-player mode, or play against a friend on the same device through the local two-player pass-and-play option.
