Decoding the MBTI Arcade: A Guide to the Personality Minigame

The MBTI-themed minigame combines classic arcade catching mechanics with personality theory concepts. Positioned at the bottom of the screen, players control a bright yellow character tasked with assembling a specific target Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) profile—in this case, the analytical INTJ (Introverted, Intuitive, Thinking, Judging).

Directly opposite at the top of the playfield sits a purple adversary character that releases floating letter blocks into the arena. To win, players must skillfully maneuver left and right to capture only the letters that form their target profile. As shown on screen, the player has successfully gathered I and N, moving closer to completing the goal.

Strategy is essential: colliding with opposing trait letters—such as E (Extraversion) instead of Introversion or S (Sensing) instead of Intuition—will disrupt your progress. Quick reflexes and sharp focus are required to dodge wrong traits and collect the correct sequence (I-N-T-J) before time runs out.
